Food lovers should rejoice at Stirred’s overseas cookery week with renowned chef Ursula Ferrigno at Palazzo Casagrande in the Veneto. The course comprises daily cooking classes, wine tasting, trips into Venice to visit the famous Rialto fresh fish markets and time to relax in Northern Italy.

Running monthly, each course includes six nights’ accommodation, meals and transfers. Cooking classes will be focused on creating regional Italian dishes and will use a range of seasonal produce. You’ll learn a wide range of culinary techniques during your week to take back to your own kitchen.
