We all remember X Factor’s Rebecca Ferguson (for some strange reason she was runner up to Matt Cardle – the guy with the guitar who did a disappointing cover of Biffy Clyro’s ‘Many of Horror’). Well good news, the new single, Bones, from her fourth studio album, Superwoman, is out now. And just before her UK tour as well.
I won’t lie, I’m very excited. Her voice has a wonderful range of sultry tones. I’ve always doubted that she’ll match the relateable ‘Nothing’s Real But Love’ and the motivational ‘I Hope’. Well, she’s cracked it. Bones had the same uplifting effect that you get when you listen to Heather Small or The Lighthouse Family. Definitely give it a listen, if you fancy a pick me up.
