CÎROC’s limited edition vodka for the festive period is a White Grape vodka served in a gold-look bottle. Having kindly provided a bottle to Vada, we used our White Grape vodka to mix up three delicious festive cocktails. We hope you enjoy make and drinking our cocktail recipes as much as we did.
CÎROC White Grape 75
A twist on the original French 75.
Ingredients:
- 1 measure of CÎROC White Grape
- Champagne
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 1 sugar cube (optional)
Method:
Add the CÎROC White Grape and bitters to a chilled champagne glass. Top up with Champagne. Add a sugar cube if using.
CÎROC White Grape Martini
More vermouth than we prefer in a traditional, nonetheless a well-balanced version of the classic drink.
Ingredients:
- 1 measure of CÎROC White Grape
- 1 measure of Dry Vermouth
- Lemon twist
- Frozen grape to serve
Method:
Add the CÎROC White Grape and Dry Vermouth to a shaker filled with ice and mix. Shake well, and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon zest and a frozen grape.
Basil and CÎROC White Grape vodka soda
An easy to create, fancy version of vodka-soda to impress Christmas party guests.
Ingredients:
- 1 measure (or 2 for a double) of CÎROC White Grape
- Green seedless grapes
- Fresh basil leaves
- Soda water
- Sugar syrup (optional)
Method:
In a cocktail mixer muddle together 5-6 grapes and 5 basil leaves until well pounded. Add the CÎROC White Grape vodka and ice, and shake well. Strain into a tall glass, top up with soda water and garnish with a fresh basil leave and green, seedless grape. For those who like it sweet, add half a measure of sugar syrup and stir gently.
