Viva Autumn is a sexy new cocktail proffered up by the head bartender at Studio Bar, Adrian Fartais. The cocktail, exclusively created for at K West Hotel & Spa for this year’s London Cocktail Week, has been so popular it’s here to stay (for the time being).
Here we publish the recipe so you can give it a go at home, or you can visit K West’s Studio Bar if you’d like to try it out!
Ingredients
- Absolute Citron 37.50ml
- Luxardo Limoncello: 7.5 ml
- 6 fresh Basil leaves
- Fresh lime juice: 15ml
- Agave syrup: 7.5ml
- Dash Green Absinthe
- Physalis fruit
Glass
- Coupe Martini
Method
- Muddle fresh basil leaves, limes, and agave
- Add Limoncello, Absolute, and a dash of Absinthe
- Shake
- Double strain and garnish
Garnish
- Hint of Thai Basil
- Physalis fruit
- Ground Pink pepper & sea salt.
