For the summer, premium vodka brand CÎROC has launched another limited edition flavour, Summer Watermelon.

Following the popular trend of watermelon flavours, the CÎROC Summer Watermelon adds this fruity and delicious flavour into each sip of cocktails this season. Distilled five times to ensure the highest quality, CÎROC summer watermelon vodka is then imbued with natural flavours of watermelon to create this remarkable spirit (adding to a range of other flavours including Red Berry, Pineapple, and Apple).

The frosted red and white bottle appears as though it has already spent a spell in the freezer, but we at Vada suggest you that still give the spirit a couple of hours chilling before embarking on cocktail making. We did before trying out a couple of cocktails: a CÎROC Watermelon Spritz, and a CÎROC Watermelon Royale.

To create the CÎROC Watermelon Spritz, you will need:

  • 40ml CÎROC Summer Watermelon Vodka
  • 20ml Lemonade
  • 40ml Soda
  • 10ml Cranberry

Fill a tall glass with ice, add the vodka and cranberry juice and stir together. Top up with lemonade and soda water, and garnish with fresh lime.

To create the CÎROC Watermelon Royale cocktail, you will need:

  • 25ml CÎROC Summer Watermelon Vodka
  • 10ml Cranberry Juice
  • 40ml Topped with Champagne
  • 5ml Elderflower cordial.

Shake together the vodka, cranberry juice and elderflower cordial, and pour into a chilled Champagne flue. Top up with champagne and garnish with a twist of lime.
