Here at Vada Towers (well, it’s more of a ziggurat), we don’t do Dry January. Indeed, directors Adam Lowe and Michael Bryant welcome staff every morning with what they think is a very traditional start to the day – namely an English breakfast martini (recipe coming another week, dear reader). However, Dry January 2015 has been the most popular on record, apparently. So, with that in mind, I thought I’d at least to pretend to know what a non-alcoholic beverage is.
The new Kopparberg Alcohol Free Strawberry & Lime cider is one such drink that’s low in sin but high in flavour.
Full of the same fruity flavours of the alcoholic original, this drink is succulent with the taste of juicy apples, fresh strawberries and a squeeze of tangy lime.
Kopparberg Alcohol Free Strawberry & Lime is the third flavour to join the UK’s only alcohol-free cider range, which is now available in supermarkets and selected bars and pubs across the UK. Other flavours include Kopparberg Alcohol Free Pear and Kopparberg Alcohol Free Mixed Fruit.

Non-alcoholic Strawberry Collins
Serve in a highball glass.
Recipe
1 strawberry (muddle in the glass)
1 slice of orange (muddle in the glass)
30ml fresh lemon juice
2 tsp sugar
150ml Kopparberg Strawberry & Lime Alcohol Free
Ice
How to make it
Muddle the strawberry and the orange in a glass, add the sugar, pour in the fresh lemon juice and give it a stir. Add chunks of ice and finally fill the glass with Kopparberg Strawberry & Lime Alcohol Free.
Garnish
A strawberry and a slice of lime on the top of the glass.
