As January 2021 has seen a further lockdown and sacrifice by many, we have chosen not to give up anything further (sorry, not-sorry Dry January). Instead, from home we focus on embracing previous joys in a different environment. Cocktails were (and will continue to be) a part of dinner parties at home, but exploring new cocktail bars has always served as a means to find the next favourite coup to serve at home. London-based Coupette bar, which is a temporarily closed, offers ideal online Coupette cocktail kits for those wanting to explore new cocktails to serve at home.
Coupette cocktail kits
Made up from a bottle selection that would usually sit behind the bar, the Coupette cocktail kits offer selections with key ingredients to make some of their cocktails at home. Our favourites include:
- Apples Special Edition (£40) – containing 1 70cl bottle of Avallen calvados and 1 bottle of Coupette homemade carbonated apple juice
- Grey Goose & Cherry Soda (£40) – containing 1 70cl bottle of Grey Goose vodka and 6 bottles of cherry soda
- Chocolate and red wine kit (£26.50) – containing 1 350ml bottle of chocolate & red wine special, 1 50ml bottle of Flor de Cana 12 year aged, Flor de Cana glassware, coasters, sustainable eco kit and Nicaraguan dark chocolate
Coupette pre-mixed cocktails
Coupette also offer bottles of pre-mixed cocktails (from £26.50) in 350ml (2-3 servings) and 500ml (4-5 servings) bottles including The Bitter Quarter – a blend of Bombay Sapphire, Lillet Blanc, Campari, and forced carrot; and Board Room – a blend of Hennessy Fine de Cognac, Dubonnet, Cherry Heering, Mr Black, Walnut and smoke.
Customers can order from Coupette’s online store for either home delivery or, for those living locally, click-and-collect from the bar in Bethnal Green.
