Pho launches vegan Christmas menu

Vietnamese restaurant Pho has announced its exciting new Christmas menus – available from today. As well as a fantastic menu for groups, featuring some of the restaurant’s favourite dishes, there’s also a vegan menu for those so inclined.

The menu includes rice cracker nibbles, starters like lotus stem salad, crispy spring rolls and fresh summer rolls, mains of pho noodle soup, fragrant curry and wok-fried noodles, Asian greens to share. Even the prosecco is vegan! Additionally, most of it just so happens to be vegan, too.

Desserts include the banana fritter and the kem sorbet (mango or strawberry and basil flavours available).

The Christmas menu is available for groups of five or more. The table also gets a healthy serving of side dishes, including wok-fried Chinese leaf in soy sauce, cold green beans and sugar snaps in peanut dressing, and stir fried morning glory in garlic.

Two courses is £14.50 and three is £18.50. You can book the Christmas menu in six of Pho’s London restaurants plus Brighton, Cambridge, Guildford, Leicester, Liverpool, Manchester, Oxford and Reading.
