For those wanting a decadent facemask that will exfoliate the skin without irritating, this face mask is ideal. I applied this and left it for around 5-10 minutes before rinsing it off. At first my skin didn’t feel any different but once I had dried off I simply couldn’t stop touching my face. When I first opened this facemask I instantly thought of liquorice or aniseed. Personally, I love it, and couldn’t wait to try this one. The kale and parsley add a slightly green element to the fragrance which also helps to cleanse and promote a healthy complexion. Kaolin is also the top ingredient so it will suck up any nasties and toxins, for a deep cleanse that will leave you squeaky clean.

Burt’s Bees Intense Hydration Face Mask – £19.99 from

Burt’s Bees is a well-loved company that is known for doing exactly what it does on the tin. This face mask is no different full of clary sage to soothe and hydrate the skin. My skin also felt firmer after I used this and, as someone who wants their young skin for as long as possible, I was happy. One thing that sets this apart from other clay masks I have tried is that you had to take off the mask with a tissue and then rub in the excess product like a sheet mask. This felt lovely, and I felt like I didn’t even have to moisturise. Win win.

Mary Kay Clear Proof Deep Cleansing Charcoal Mask – £18 from

Charcoal masks are everywhere now and don’t seem to be leaving anytime soon. Known for being absorbent and detoxifying, this Mary Kay mask is ideal for those wanting to de clog pores leaving the skin radiant and looking fresh. Kaolin and bentonite are added to the mask helping to increase the mask’s absorbency for squeaky clean skin.

A clay formula, expect this mask to whip up a treat as you apply It for 10-15 minutes before rinsing off. Instantly refreshing and a great pick me up before or after an amazing holiday.
