Overall thoughts

A new resort for 2019, the Apurva Kempinski sets a high benchmark for both hard product and service in Bali. An expansive 60m pool, plenty of dining options, all offering either a fun or elegant meal options, and service second to none (except our minor hiccup at the spa), we would find it difficult to stay anywhere else on a future visit to Bali. The treat of a suite with private pool and endless blue views is an easy choice for those looking for something extra.

Prices at the Apurva Kempinski vary depending on season and room category booked, with prices starting from just over 3million IDR (approximately £165) per night. It is worth noting that the Kempinski group is part of the GHA Discovery loyalty programme, which is free to sign up for and offers a range of benefits (including local experiences, room upgrades and welcome amenities). Members always get access to the best rates, including the Apurva Kempinski property and to special rates and discounts/offers (e.g. including complimentary breakfast) that is not available to book elsewhere.

Location: Apurva Kempinski hotel, Raya Nusa Dua Selatan, Bali, Indonesia
