Award-winning The Spa at The Midland is offering two friends the chance to win a six-week gym membership at its luxury gym.
Winners will receive a personalised induction, full use of the gym with its latest pulse equipment and will also have the opportunity to unwind by discovering the spa with its Alder-wood sauna with a Himalayan rock salt wall, salt-infused aromatherapy steam room and the beautiful swan neck fountain in the relaxation pool.

Simply tweet a picture of you and your gym buddy with the hashtag #gymwithvada. Alternatively, you can email your picture with details to us at competitions@vadamagazine.com. By doing so, you consent to allow us to repost your picture on social media.
