Comedienne Ruby Wax has turned mental health campaigner – having gained a Masters Degree in Mindfullness-based Cognitive Therapy from Oxford.
Her latest show is based on her critically acclaimed book Sane New World, which helps us to understand why we sabotage our sanity with our own thinking.
Ruby shows us how to rewire our thinking to find calm in a frenetic world and how to become the master – not the slave – of our own minds. Promising a passport to saner living, Ruby may not be entirely sane herself but she does a pretty good imitation.
