Adam Lowe is an award-winning author, editor and publisher from Leeds, now based in Manchester. He runs Dog Horn Publishing and is Director and Writing Coordinator for Young Enigma, a writer development programme for LGBT young people. He sometimes performs as Beyonce Holes.

Cha Cha Boudoir is an exciting new night of frocks, chandeliers and sexy boys.
Housed in the transformed depths of Sub 101 (below Cruz 101 on the edge of Manchester’s gay village), Cha Cha Boudoir saw delicious, crowd-pleasing performances from hosts Anna Phylactic and Cheddar Gawjus, with special guests Sheela B, Grace ‘Oni’ Smith and Joyce Division. Each of the drag queens battled it out for the most drag dollars on the night, with eager punters shoving fistfuls of the fake money into their glittery, powdered faces and taloned hands. The overall winner on the night was the sublime Sheela B, whose cyborg costume perfectly matched her mimed rendition of Goldfrapp’s ‘Strict Machine’.
Cha Cha Boudoir is set for the last Friday of every month, with drinks offers and free drag dollars on the door. All with a soundtrack of music without boundaries or rules, including pop, indie, retro, disco, nuskool and all the anthems you love .
