Chef Mira Manek, the healthy indian food pioneer, has teamed up with 108 Pantry, the townhouse venue in Marylebone, to host a one-off supper club.
The supper club, on Wednesday 27 April, will give guests the chance to dine on a nine course meal. The evening will start with a welcome cocktail, followed by a vegetarian sharing-style menu, consisting of culinary delights such as red lentil daal and garlic labneh, tamarind and orange quinoa bhel and spiced courgette slaw. A selection of Manek’s signature dishes, such as masala grilled aubergine and saffron lime cheesecake will also be on offer.
Mira’s passion for healthy food began many years ago and has always been an integral part of her life. With her expanding range of products and collaborations with restaurants, Mira wishes to continue to share her knowledge and passion, changing the way we perceive Indian food of heavy and oily to enriching, nutritious and light cuisine. Taking the fundamental elements of her traditional home cooking, Mira is creating a new concept of Indian-inspired cuisine with dishes that are packed with spice and flavour and full of vitality.
