Whilst British weather is always questionable, we can always find an excuse to have ice cream – come rain, wind …or snow. So you’ll be pleased to know that good old Tesco has introduced a new luxury gelateria-style ice cream range. We don’t care if it’s raining or if it’s cold – I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream!

Deliciously smooth and topped with a variety of sweet treats, the range offers three mouth-watering flavours: Strawberries & Cream, Chocolate Cookie and Black Forest. Made from luxurious dairy ice cream and swirled with scrumptious sauces, these beautifully presented ice creams are perfect for recreating all the style and sophistication of an Italian gelateria – straight from your own freezer.

At very reasonable prices, and with three gorgeous flavours to choose from, we heartily recommend these delightful ice creams.

Scoop Strawberries & Cream Ice Cream is an indulgently British taste of summer. Recalling Wimbledon, garden parties and strawberry picking in the countryside, this is bound to be popular. We loved the traditional but classic blend of creamy vanilla and strawberry ice cream, swirled with strawberry sauce and topped with buttery shortbread discs.

Scoop Chocolate Cookie Ice Cream features rippling chocolate sauce and moreish chocolate cookies for decoration. This is an expert blend of dark and white chocolate ice cream. Perfect for romantic nights with your partner or for sweet-toothed little ones, this is the perfect indulgence for your inner cookie monster.

Scoop Black Forest Ice Cream is more of a sophisticated flavour, but again with a traditional British twist. A combination of vanilla and dark chocolate ice cream, it’s hand-finished with sweet cherry sauce, plump glacé cherries and dark chocolate swirls.

All tubs are priced at £2.75 – an absolute bargain.
