Le Butcherettes are kind of like a grungy, punk rock resuscitation. Their lead singer, Teri Gender Bender is full of energy and certainly grabbed the audience at Coachella, as she climbed the stage scaffolding. The trip will be touring the UK in October:

As for their single, Shave The Pride, it’s not really my cup of tea. It’s okay, if you’re a teenager who just wants to be alternative. Other than that, it’s something that may well go straight over your head. But they are known for owning the stage, so maybe it’s better in person – who knows.
