The Pride Spring Benefit line-up has been announced and will include The X Factor‘s Rebecca Ferguson and Lucy Spraggan. The talent show stars will also be joined by local artist Dean Mac.

This is the second year that the Spring Benefit has taken place and this year it will be hosted at The Bays, Victoria Warehouse Hotel on Thursday 19 May 2016. Sponsors, business leaders, individual supporters, community champions and celebrities will come together to raise money for The Manchester Pride Community Fund.

‘We’re really pleased to be bringing back the Spring Benefit for a second year, following its huge success in 2015. Last year’s event made a significant contribution to our record annual fundraising total… this year attendees can expect another first class evening with stunning performances and a few surprises on the night,’ said Mark Fletcher, Chief Executive at Manchester Pride

Two of this year’s act made it into the limelight via ITV’s The X Factor. Rebecca Ferguson has since released three albums that have all made it in to the top 10 of The Official UK Chart – with her debut album selling over 1.5 million copies. She is also the only X Factor contestant to ever appear on Radio 4’s Today programme. Her career has gone international with performances in Lebanon and Shanghai and three sell-out UK tours.

Dean Mac will be joining them at the benefit evening. The local R&B artist is inspired by Daft Punk and Michael Jackson and has been dubbed the UK’s Justin Timberlake.

There are a limited number of tickets available for the event and individual tickets can be purchased for £85, which includes a drinks reception, a four-course dinner and entertainment. Guests will make their way down the red carpet to be greeted with drinks at Bays Brick Bar.

For group bookings, there are two table packages available including a premium table of ten which cost £800 and a Platinum package for £1500 which includes a VIP drinks reception, chauffeur service to the event, and a professional red carpet photo opportunity.

Tables are selling fast. To book or find out more information visit the Manchester Pride website.
