- 40ml Appleton Signature Blend Rum
- 15ml lime juice
- 20ml Pineapple juice
- 10ml pumpkin syrup
Built over Ice in a tall Collins glass garnished with cinnamon
Ramon the Rooster
- 40ml Espolon Blanco tequila
- 20ml Cointreau
- 10ml Crème De Mure
- 10ml Lime Juice
Shaken with ice, poured into a chilled coupe glass with a black poppy seed rim and a single blackberry
