From 3-9 October 2016, the 7th annual London Cocktail Week will be taking place. An array of award-winning bars and trendy hotels will be open their doors to showcase their tantalising tipples, created especially for the week-long cocktail carnival. And what better way to get the week started than by sampling an exclusive Cobalt Grapefruit Margarita created by K West.
This brand new concoction consists of Pisco, triple sec, blue curaçao, lemon juice and pink grapefruit juice. The drink is finished with a garnish of a white and red salt rim and a pink grapefruit wedge. They are available at £11.95 each.
The cocktail can be enjoyed in the hotel’s stylish Studio Bar area whilst listening to the in-house DJ on Fridays and Saturdays. Alternatively, head to Studio Kitchen on the mezzanine floor which boasts an urban New York vibe.
K West Hotel & Spa’s dramatic interior redesign is inspired by the cult West London hotel’s rich music heritage and history of musicians staying at the hotel.
